- We offer free shipping within the United Kingdom for a limited time.
- We ship to most locations in UK & EU. However, certain restrictions may apply depending on your country's regulations or the specific product ordered.
Shipping Estimates & Tracking
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an estimated delivery date based on product availability and your selected shipping method.
- A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships, so you can monitor its progress.
- Please note that shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination, and all weights are rounded up to the next full pound in accordance with carrier policies.

Availability, Out-of-Stock & Special Orders
As the official representative and brand distributor of JML cases in the United Kingdom and the European Union, we can check stock across our regional warehouses to fulfill your request. If a specific model, colour, or size is currently shown as out of stock, please Contact Us directly. We can arrange direct door-to-door shipping to your address, provided you are willing to wait for the factory shipment.
If your order contains a combination of in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will typically hold the entire order and dispatch it together once all items are available. If you prefer to have the in-stock items shipped immediately, please reach out to our team (please note that an additional shipping fee may apply for split shipments).
Returns & Refunds Policy
We stand by the quality of our instrument cases and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns Eligibility
You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns must meet the following conditions:
- ✓ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resealable condition.
- ✓ Returns due to damage, defects, or incorrect shipments will be covered by JML Cases, and we will cover return shipping costs.
- ✓ If returning for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The full timeline typically includes:
- 5–10 business days for the return package to reach us.
- 3–5 business days for processing once received.
- 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund transaction.
